These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Acharya Bhavna website and your purchase of astrology consultations, reports, and products through it. By booking a consultation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Acharya Bhavna is a sole proprietorship based in Madhya Pradesh, India, offering astrology consultations and related products. You can reach us at contact@acharyabhavna.com.

Consultations

• Consultations are booked for a fixed duration and time slot, and are conducted over call, video, or WhatsApp as agreed at the time of booking.
• You're responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) — readings depend entirely on this information being correct.
• Consultations are for guidance purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• We may reschedule a consultation in case of unavailability; you'll be notified and offered an alternative slot.

Products

Physical and digital products (such as printed or digital kundlis and remedial items) sold through the shop are subject to the descriptions, pricing, and availability shown at the time of order. Our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy apply to all product orders.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

No guarantee of results

Astrology is offered as guidance based on traditional Vedic practice, not as a certainty or prediction of fact. We make no assurance, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that any reading, prediction, forecast, or remedy will be accurate, or will result in any particular outcome in your life, career, relationships, health, or finances.

Any remedy, ritual, or course of action suggested during a consultation is offered purely as guidance. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to act on it, and for any consequences — financial, personal, or otherwise — of doing so. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from remedies or advice you choose to follow.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions made based on the guidance provided, or for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of our consultations, readings, remedies, or products.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or your use of our consultations, readings, remedies, or products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, including the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
