Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for consultation bookings and product orders. Please read it carefully before booking or ordering.

Consultation bookings

• Once booked, a consultation cannot be cancelled or refunded, under any circumstances.
• The date and time of your appointment can be changed by contacting our team via WhatsApp or email.
• You may switch to another service of equal or higher price by paying the additional amount at the time of the change.
• You may switch to a lower-priced consultation, but the price difference will not be refunded.
• A no-show (not joining at the scheduled time) will be accommodated with a rescheduled slot by our team, up to a maximum of two times. After a second no-show, the appointment is treated as terminated and is not eligible for any refund.

Product orders

• You can cancel a product order before it has been shipped by contacting us with your order number; it will be fully refunded.
• Once an order has been shipped from our side, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery-success time recorded by our logistics partner (Shiprocket), with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free exchange.
• Damaged items are eligible for exchange only — they cannot be returned, and no refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or any other product orders.

Refund method and timeline

Where a refund is applicable under this policy (only a pre-shipment order cancellation, per above), it is processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a change, exchange, or cancellation
